FEEDBACK PROGRAM

My flagship program, Building the Feedback Muscles, is grounded in the neuroscience of the threat response which inhibits our ability to leverage the knowledge that comes from feedback. In this program, we learn how to circumvent the threat response, build a whole suite of skills and also design a culture of feedback.
